Tensions were high in Belleville on Thursdsay afternoon as Justin Trudeau was met by several protestors that completed various acts of violence against Canada's most beloved Prime Minister. Acts of violence included waving both Canadian flags and Fuck Trudeau flags, expressing dislike for Justin Trudeau and chanting "traitor" and "Fuck Trudeau" as he made his way through the crowd.
Due to the nature of these attacks the Prime Minister made the decision on Thursday to invoke the Emergencies Act which he announced on Thursday afternoon.
"Today we saw protests and violence of epic proportions in Belleville Ontario, which is why I have made the decision to invoke the Emergencies Act. Here's how the measures we're taking today will help get the situation in Belleville under control. The police will be given more tools to restore order. These tools will include batons to beat citizens into submission and horses to trample old ladies. We cannot and will not allow these illegal and dangerous activities such as waving flags, chanting "traitor" and hurting my feelings" stated Trudeau. "In addition, financial institutions will be directed to freeze the bank accounts of all protestors and anyone else that disagrees with me. We have always had Canadians backs and we will continue to have Canadians backs through these difficult and dangerous times."
